A3: Please provide drawings in PDF format.

For large orders, 50%deposit is required in advance, the balance shall be fully settled before shipment or negotiable between both parties friendly.

A6: Common materials are all available on the Chinese market. Dalian is home to numerous Japanese-invested enterprises and has built a complete supporting supply chain for raw materials over the past 20 years.

• Carbon steel: S25C, S35C, S45C

• Structural steel: SS400

• Mold steel: SKD11, SKD61, SKS, SCM series

• Copper materials: C3604, phosphor bronze, pure copper, etc.

• Aluminum alloy: 5052, 5056, 6061, 6063, 6082, 7075, 7071, 2017, 2014, etc.

• Stainless steel: 304, 316, 303, SUS440C, etc.

• Insulation & engineering plastics: POM, PE, PP, PVC, nylon, etc.

For special materials not produced domestically or materials requiring designated batches, we mainly purchase from overseas material distributors based in Shanghai and other cities.

The procurement lead time is 2 to 3 working days for standard materials, 7 to 9 working days for special materials.

A7: We will strictly manage the use of your drawings and electronic documents in compliance with the contract and will not use them for any unauthorized purposes.

If drawings need to be shared with third-party cooperative factories, we will consult you in advance and obtain your approval before release.

Drawings are managed and kept exclusively by designated sales staff, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only. Drawings used in workshops are labeled with your part numbers, and all customer names on the documents will be removed.

A8: We offer systematic training together with a strict assessment and promotion system for all new hires.

For newcomers with no prior machining experience, we provide a 3-year comprehensive training program. Staff will be assigned to appropriate positions based on their individual abilities. Phased final assessments covering theoretical mechanical knowledge and practical operation will be conducted at each stage. Assessment results and daily performance serve as the basis for salary adjustment.

All new employees, regardless of work experience, will be assigned a senior mentor to provide full guidance from basic knowledge to professional skills. Employees can only take up their posts after passing capability verification.

We also deliver training on comprehensive professionalism, business etiquette, work safety, overseas drawing recognition, emergency contact procedures and 8S management (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety, Save, Study). We aim to create a learning-oriented working environment for all team members.

A9: We continuously invest in high-end precision machining equipment from around the world. Dedicated technicians are responsible for daily equipment management.

Cann Precision inspect all equipment prior to daily work. Operations commence only when everything is in good condition to eliminate problems in the bud.

Besides, professional maintenance are provided by original manufacturers twice a year.

1. It`s regular materials in stock. Materials are cut according to part dimensions right after receiving your orders.

2. Delivered materials will be attached with the P.O number. If not available, staff will mark the materials clearly with white marker.

3. Warehouse staff will verify material types and dimensions against delivery invoices, and attach corresponding processing drawings to each batch of materials.
